Founder of Equilibrium Real Estate, Sofonias has over 12 years investing in multi-family real estate. He is a former Director of Investment Banking Products at Factset Research System and is a graduate of Stanford University.

Managing Director

Manager of Equilibrium Real Estate. Kevin is a former investment professional at The JBG Companies, as well as, a former attorney. He is a graduate from Stanford University and Harvard Law School.
